Daniel Carlton
Daniel Carlton is an actor,writer, profesional storyteller, and teaching artist. He
made his NYC debut understudying Giancarlo Espesito in Paul Carter Harrison's
Blues Operetta Anchorman.Other credits include Dreaming In Tounges(
Labyrinth Theater Co.), The Children Of War Theatre Project Tour
-Moscow-The Netherlands-Asia Society NYC-Lowell Mass-Cambodia-Danny
KayeTheatre U.S.A. , He is the primary playwright ( also playing the role  of
Charles) of Shelter: Refugees Of the American Dream which debuted at The
Voices From The Edge Theatre Festival and was later produced by Blackberry
Productions, Laughing Matters ( Theatre Workshop Company Glascow ,
Scotland) . Creation? his  multi character one man show has been seen locally,
nationally, and internationally ( Edinbergh Theatre Festival). The Eagle In
Harlem and other Stories has been seen by thousands of school children over
the years. He is also the author of several plays for young audiences.
He is currently developing Timeless Journey's - a 7 character one man show
based on the lives of free African Americans in Brookyn over a hundred year
period  ( Commisioned by the Weeksville Historical Society)
