Sharon Hope
Sharon Hope has experience performing in many Equity regional theaters
across the country; also as Dr. Bessie Delany in the touring production of
the Broadway hit show “Having Our Say-The Delany Sisters’ First
One Hundred Years�. TV and film credits include: Law and Order (as
Judge and a Travel Agent); voiceover for HBO’s Slave Letters,
Independent films: “Little Senegal�** nominated for the Golden Bear
Award-Berlin Germany Film Festival; and Film Short: “Oreo's With
Attitude

As an actor Sharon is also the founder of Slices of Life Productions-a
vehicle through which she presents performances and interactive
workshops to colleges, junior high and high schools,churches, and Arts In
Education programs to heighten awareness of ways to prevent  abusive
relationships resulting from poor self esteem and improper discrimination.

Sharon is a licensed Teaching Artist in the New York City public school
system, a Storyteller, enjoys working as a licensed Tour Guide; along with
attending theater, watching independent films and documentaries, playing
chess, all types of music, cooking and dancing.
